Our roll forming plants are designed using advanced CAD/CAM engineering, precision tooling systems, and synchronized automation controls to produce consistent rim and profile geometries. The complete production line integrates hydraulic decoiling, strip leveling, precision roll forming, rim profiling, flash butt welding, flash trimming, planishing, edge cutting, flaring, hydraulic sizing/expansion, calibration, and final inspection systems. Each stage is synchronized to optimize material flow and reduce cycle time.

The roll forming section is built with hardened forming rolls, heavy-duty shafts, and reinforced machine frames to ensure stable operation even with thicker materials used in three-wheeler rims. Our flash butt welding system ensures strong joint formation with controlled heat input and upsetting pressure, followed by trimming and planishing for smooth weld finishing.

Equipped with PLC-based automation and HMI touchscreen interface, the plant allows precise control of rim diameter, width, production speed, and welding parameters. Servo-driven synchronization minimizes rejection rates and ensures repeatable accuracy suitable for OEM production.

Each plant undergoes comprehensive trial production, concentricity testing, weld penetration validation, radial runout inspection, structural load simulation, and electrical safety verification before dispatch.
